Kapital have been engaged by a growing start-up in Sydney to assist in recruiting a Customer Project Manager. The role will be working with a number of different stakeholders, requiring someone who can wear a number of hats, engaging with internal business stakeholders, external clients and internal technology teams. To be suited to this role you will be required to have previous experience managing teams, good understanding of delivery frameworks and strong stakeholder skills to manage a wide number of projects and stakeholders.
Experience and Skills we’re looking for:
- 5+ Years experience working in Project Management across technology and business projects.
- Strong stakeholder and engagement skills to work with clients and manage their outcomes
- Prior experience managing implementation teams
- Strong business knowledge including managing budgets and resources
- Prior health experience desireable
- Experience working with technology stakeholders and business stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
