Digital Consulting Partner

About the Role

Kapital has been engaged by a leading consulting client to assist in the search for a Digital Consulting Partner. The role will advise top ASX listed companies as they embark on large scale digital transformation and design programs. Ideally looking for candidates in Sydney however will also look at Melbourne. This is a newly created role and will play a huge part in the strategic advisory of the organisation.

Technical Requirements

* An experienced Digital Consulting Director or Partner who can own the digital roadmap and strategy for the organisation.  

* A track record of winning high-value design and Digital Transformation work for large scale Australian listed companies.

* Digital marketing, digital and product service offerings, digitisation and optimisation.

*  Experience working at the C-suite level within organisations to advise and model out digital transformation work.

* Great understanding in regards to the future of digital / digital thought leader.

* Experience in digital journey mapping, SEOs, Go-to-market digital strategy, UX/UI transformation, Omni-Channel digital design and execution.

* Ability to work autonomously within your field, take clients on a digital and product modernisation journey and be accountable for target operating model design and leadership.

* A versatile pragmatist who can bring the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders

* Offer new cutting edge digital product offerings to customers.
