About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large software company in Sydney covering 2nd Level Technical Support / Application Support.

Permanent full-time position.

Experience required:

  • Previous experience providing level 2-3 application support / software support, ideally for SaaS (software as a service) in a business to business (B2B) environment.
  • Investigate technical issues and manage in house software platform.
  • You will need to be understand the in-house software and its source code, databases, and logs.
  • SQL knowledge is essential
  • Good Linux skills
  • PHP and scripting experience
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
  • VoIP and network experience would be good
  • The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • The ability to translate technical information to non-technical parties
  • Previous experience working with ticketing and incident management systems
  • Good ITIL framework knowledge
