About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large software company in Sydney covering 2nd Level Technical Support / Application Support.
Permanent full-time position.
- Previous experience providing level 2-3 application support / software support, ideally for SaaS (software as a service) in a business to business (B2B) environment.
- Investigate technical issues and manage in house software platform.
- You will need to be understand the in-house software and its source code, databases, and logs.
- SQL knowledge is essential
- Good Linux skills
- PHP and scripting experience
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- VoIP and network experience would be good
- The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- The ability to translate technical information to non-technical parties
- Previous experience working with ticketing and incident management systems
- Good ITIL framework knowledge
